Concepts For Effective Self Defense:
Angle & Structure
|
|
There are many important aspects to effective self defense. In this seminar, Master Voelker will cover two
more inter-related aspects; angle and structure.
You will learn how to establish various angles that will create better opportunity and
increased efficiency in your blocking, striking and throwing. Then you will learn
how to increase your power and leverage through proper structure. Finally, to bring it all together, you
will be shown how these two concepts are related and how to integrate them into your current arsenal.

Mental Conditioning for Combat &
Principles of Personal Defense
|
|
In this world some people prey on others. Whether we like it or not this is a fact of life. It’s always been
this way and I suspect that it will never change.
I believe in the right of self-defense. Some people do not; this course is not for them. I feel that anyone
who attacks another does so at his or her peril. At this point we are not concerned here about jurisprudence
but about survival. If one lives through a fight we will assume that they are better off than if they do not,
even though he may be confronted with legal action.
The techniques of personal combat are not covered in this portion. This subject is a study of the guiding
principles of survival in the face of unprovoked violence.
