- How to integrate strategies, principles, and proper timing for effective throws.
- How to take advantage of an opponent's body posture by setting the opponent off balance.
- How to use your body properly and time your technique for effective and effortless throws.

The Cha: Fundamentals & Concepts
|

Master Scott Voelker will be reviewing basic spins and transitions using the cha.
Improve your forms by learning to develop the appropriate mechanics behind the cha.
In addition, Master Voelker will teach:
- How to strike using proper angles and the correct parts of the cha.
- How to explore concepts for incorporating the cha into forms you are already familiar with.
- A new weapon form and its application.

Master Juan M. Meza

Fighting Another Fighter
|

Master Juan Meza will give his perspective on the pros and cons of mirroring a
technique. Your opponent may be skilled, but you will learn an array of methods that
will help you fight another fighter. Come and learn how to become a fighter amongst
fighters.
Master Meza will also cover:
- How to base out a lesson.
- How to pull off a technique regardless if he throws a right or left punch, or if he
steps with a right- or left-leading foot.
