Meza has over 31 years of experience in Kung Fu San Soo and 23 years of continuous Instruction by Grand Master Lo Sifu Chin Siu Dek (Jimmy H. Woo.) Master Meza will explain and instruct on various concepts and techniques with special attention on: Slapping: a very painful weapon to add to your fighting and training Executing an Attack: learn the timing and skills necessary to implement the first strike Leverage: how to cause an incredible amount of pain in a very short and highly effective manner Psychology: this is probably the most over lloked topic yet, very important. You will gain insight on how to read your attackers movement, and some of the thought processes needed to successfully defend yourself Baton/ Nightstick/ PR-24: Master Meza has instructed many law enforcement and military organizationson this weapon. You will learn concepts on attacking and defending against this deadly weapon. The lessons you will learn will additionally improve your empty handed skill.
