J. Michael Rockwell - 6th Degree Black Belt - Sword Form. Michael received his black belt from Lo Sifu Chin Siu Dek in 1983. He is an international forms champion and has also competed in Tai Chi and Ba gua on an international level with outstanding achievements. You will learn a hand form and how to apply the sword to this hand form. Michael will demonstrate proper stances for maintaining a solid foundation. He will cover balance, timing, accuracy, and other essentials for the proper execution of this sword from. Your knowledge on how to use the sword, at any level, will be greatly improved. Both show form and fighting application will be covered. Get his perspective and you will improve in all areas of your Kung-Fu.

Master Juan M. Meza - Boxer Defense. Master Meza will cover the concepts you need to overcome a boxer's hand speed and effectiveness. You will learn why they seem to punch too fast and just what to do to improve your speed. Full speed jabs and punches will be addressed. Proper techniques for blocking and following up with your attack will be covered. Master Meza will show you exactly what you need to do to prevent his escalation and the sure fire ways to attack your opponent. Boxer on defense/ San Soo on offense is the street smart mind set you will develop.
