My first Teacher was Ron Bradburn in tustin california in 1978, then they closed, didnt start again until 1980 something at Ted Sias school in westminster and later in Huntington beach. Back injury keeping me from working out! By the time I go back Ted will retired. Ron & Ted are both great teachers learned alot. Thanks RCH

Greetings Brother, from one of the many Kung Fu San Soo Brothers 1975-76 with Bill Lassiter and again in 1981-82 and more recently with David Hopkins from 1998-2003. I recently returned to San Soo Training at the Diamond Bar Club.
Wish you were closer to Corona area.
San Soo forever!

Just wanted to stop by and say hi. I had visited your facility quite a few years ago and I havent been able to go back since. I miss studying the art, I was a practioner but the school I went to closed down and I never was able to get back in a studio since. Anyways, I am glad that you are still around and I hope someday go back. Take care and good luck!
Sincerely,
Raul Aguiar

I agree 100% with you regarding the so called San-Soo teachers that claimed to have studied and trained under Master Jimmy Woo. I'm glad you set the record straight because there are a lot of posers out there that don't deserve to be claiming what they say.........On another note, I took lessons from Jimmy Woo in El Monte on Lower Azusa Rd. back in 1971 and 1972 and I was 12 years old. I use to go Saturdays and unfortunately I stopped going due to other activities that took most of my time like playing on a baseball team, playing the violin and school academics but I am proud to say I met JImmy Woo and actually got to see first hand what a "Master" he really was and instilled self-confidence in me and many other kids and actually motivated me to follow a healthy way of life in mind and body and it helped me throughout my life, even if I've loss all skills of Kung-Fu. I will never forget that time in my life and the life lessons I learned in the little time I spent there. I salute you and tip my hat to you for speaking out against the people that want to steal someone elses spirit and devotion. Best of luck,
Sergio Rulli (45 years old now)

Hello - I am the daughter of Gordy Barrett who trained under Al Rubin (my godfather) in Riverside, CA. I have seen several entries in here regarding my Dad and wondering where he is. He's doing great and living in Southern CA and anyone wanting to know more or how to get in touch with him, can contact me at: racheer@aol.com.
